Cancellation Policy Details
24 business day hours notice for a weekday appointment is required to cancel or change appointments. Unfortunately, a message left on voicemail on a weekend is not considered proper notice.
We are a dedicated team of professionals who have committed specific time to attend to your wellbeing. Therefore we strictly adhere to our cancellation policies and fees as a respectful understanding for all parties.
For Dermatology appointments
For new patients to our clinic, the fee is $75 and must be paid in person or over the phone with a credit card number before the appointment can be rebooked.
If it is a returning referral appointment requiring 10 minutes or more of the doctor’s time, the fee is $75 and must be paid before seeing the doctor.
If it is a missed follow up appointment requiring 5 minutes or less of the doctor’s time, the fee is $50 and must be paid before seeing the doctor.
Note: Surgical Procedures not covered by MSP are subject to a $75 deposit, or more depending on the procedure being performed, and may be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 business hours notice or if the patient fails to show for the appointment.
For Rheumatology appointments
For new patients to our clinic, the fee is $180 and must be paid in person or over the phone with a credit card number before the appointment can be rebooked.
For a returning referral or missed appointment, the fee is $90 and must be paid before seeing the doctor.
For Cosmetic appointments
Patients booked for a consultation or procedure will be subject to a $100 fee if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours- notice or fails to show up to the appointment. This fee must be paid before rebooking a new appointment.
